FAQ

How is my ‘available to withdraw’ amount calculated?

The % of the earned income that is available to withdraw is set by your employer. This is typically set between 30-50%. You will never be able to withdraw 100% of your earned income

How will I know the total amount I have withdrawn each month?

Each time you make a withdrawal it is registered in the "Track" section of the app. You can also look at previous month’s history. There is an email confirmation with every withdrawal and a monthly statement will be sent to you at the end of each month.

How much is deducted from my weekly or monthly pay slip?

The exact amount you withdraw plus the 1.75 convenience fee, added per withdrawal, will be deducted from your next pay slip. Wagestream is not a loan or credit so NO additional charges or interest is payable.

Why is my money not showing in my account?

Most transfers complete within a few minutes, but occasionally they may take up to 4 hours.

Why can't I withdraw all of my wages?

Monthly withdrawal limits are in place to help you to manage your finances.

Your limit is set by your employer. However, if you think your limit should be higher, please email your account manager at help@wagestream.co.uk.

How do I change my bank details?

To change your bank details you need to contact your company's benefits administrator. To protect the security of your account, only your company’s designated payroll administrator can make bank changes.
